Our story
A decade selling to fire alarm companies taught me where the time goes.
My team and I help fire alarm companies put AI to work on the calls, notes, orders and leads that eat up the day. I built this team with one goal in mind: to be a true partner to the companies we work with, not just another vendor. We learn how your business runs, build systems around the way you already work, and stay with you as you grow, so your people can focus on the work that moves the business forward.
How we got here
I spent a decade on the sales side of the fire alarm industry. As a sales manager I made cold calls to fire alarm businesses every day, and it gave me an honest look at how these companies run: offices juggling ringing phones, tech notes that never make it back to the office, parts ordered from memory, and good leads that stall because nobody has time to chase them.
When AI started getting genuinely useful, I began investing my own time and money into learning it. Not to chase a trend, but to answer one question: what would actually help a fire alarm company get through a busy Tuesday?
That work became a repeatable process for bringing AI into a fire alarm company: where it fits, where it does not, and how to roll it out without disrupting the crews and customers you already have.
I will love to help you book your free consultation so we can go over all the possibilities specifically tailored for your business.
